All spaces are newly equiped with the very best in water, sewer, and electrical
hookups. The electrical services all have 20/30/50 amp connections and each
has a double 110V plug with GFI for safety, to run a heat tape and other accessories
you might have the need for.
A community bath house contains separate His and Hers vacilities for your
convenience. This facility is keyed entry only to preserve it's condition
for our guests and is for teh private use of park occupants only.

or an annual lease that gaurantees your own private space
in the mountains that is there waiting for you year round. At your option,
we can rent your space for you when you are planning to be away, to return
part of your investments to you.
